Specifically developed for supporting irregular rock walls and sloping rock formations in underground mines, Dome Washers are made from thickened, high-strength steel plates with a precise spherical curvature. They possess self-aligning and leveling characteristics, perfectly conforming to uneven and angled rock surfaces, solving the problems of ordinary washers easily misaligning and unevenly distributing stress. When used with anchor bolt trays and nuts, they evenly distribute the tension of the anchor bolts, preventing excessive local stress that could cause tray cracking and bolt bending.
